Well that didn't take long for Banksy's new street art in Chinatown to get removed. Unfortunately by way of buff, and what's left isn't pretty. Guess someone in  NYC is desperate to steal Banksy's thunder. Sad, but the nature of the street game. Atleast someone got the "Graffiti is a crime" signage instead of his first new work being totally ruined. Probably expect to see that sign on ebay some point soon. Image via neilfakrull

'BYE BYE NORTH KOREA' BY JR

French street photographer JR took the world by storm with his ability to access remote places and capture its people perfectly. And his recent trip to North Korea is no exception (who knows how the hell he pulled that off). This may be his most stunning and defining work yet.

So, abandonment issues are apparently a problem in the south of France. This bizarre street sign was spotted by @davidondemand (Perezident on Instagram) while in Cannes, France for the grandaddy of advertising award shows, the Cannes Lions. WOKE UP TO VINTAGE AWESOMENESS

The internet is a mind blowing place. And sometimes all you need is a great twitter feed to blow your mind to pieces. These ads were produced sometime between 1840-1875 and preserved by the Library of Congress. Epic design work. Can only imagine the amount of time these took to create. Pretty compelling evidence that guys need to smile less, not face the camera and most definitely hold an animal. A dog would probably be less creepy, but go for a Parakeet or marmot if you're feeling lucky. According to these photos, if you do all this, your odds of attracting that perfect match might just require nothing more than the least amount of effort and the perfect badass pose.
