PORN IN THE USA by JONATHAN YEO (NSFW,duh)

British artist Jonathan Yeo has been making a statement about the United States culture for a few years now. You can see the whole series of 'Porn in the USA' courtesy of LAZ Gallery @ 320 North Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. Show runs through August 8th, 2010.

Yeo masters the art of subtlety of photo collage and incorporates erotic imagery to create what looks like seemingly harmless portraits.   From your attention craving politicians to socialites to the every day, Yeo has caused quite a stir with his subject matter. Yeah, I'll vote for the candidate wielding firearms and combat gear to show how much he'll 'fight' to repeal 'Obamacare.' Let your freedom flag fly, I guess. With all the looney bins out there, is this the right way to effectively position yourself politically?
