STEPHEN COLBERT CAN ADD AWESOME COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER TO HIS RESUME

Northwestern's most famous alum, Stephen Colbert, returns to campus and delivers one of the greatest graduation speeches. Of. All. Time. It's a great rebound for a school trying to put their f&xk saw past behind them. Good luck, Northwestern Wildcats class of 2011.

Every college institution take note. This is how you inspire your graduates, with someone inspiring— intellectually and humanly.  I don't even remember mine. I think it was a state senator. Needless to say, it was not this. Via Open Culture

1,000 SPACE INVADERS SET FOR PARIS INVASION

Space Invader is a sneaky dude. This video for his latest exhibition (where 1,000 pieces will be on display) is hilarious in its law skirting, in-your-face, "try again next time" brevity. Great teaser and footage of the mysterious Invader at work. The music is a killer and sinister compliment. If you know the artist who created the music, please leave a comment.

Show opens June 7th at la galerie Le Feuvre / Paris Via Wooster Collective

AND SO THE SUPER AD BOWL WEEKEND BEGINS

Lot of buzz per usual surrounding the $3 million ads set to appear for Superbowl XLV. So far the front runner, VW Darth Vader, has already set the internet on fire. I'm hoping for even bigger surprises come Sunday. Here's the mentioned ad and a few others either banned or already up. With 5 million views (as of this moment) for VW, they may have garnered enough hype to render their ad purchase redundant. Though with 200 million plus watching the biggest sporting event in America, that number is merely a fraction. Via: Adfreak

Banned PETA ad (Ashamed to include this one. But it's banned, and the people of PETA just keep resorting to whatever shameless tactics they can to get attention)
